Power Distribution Unit
Brown International designs and builds custom tactical power distribution units to support Tactical Operation Centers. The power distribution unit is designed to facilitate emplacement and displacement of TOC operations. With the Brown power distribution unit the user can be connected into or pulled off of the systems power grid without interruption or ongoing operations. LED indicators provide on-the-spot performance readings.
The PDU is rugged, lightweight, easy to operate and maintain. Other benefits of the PDU include:
- Safety, cable lugs are protected by hinged covers to prevent accidental contact.
- Speed, significantly decreases emplacement/displacement time.
- Flexibility, allows individual users to perform system maintenance without powering down the entire grid.
- Confidence, onboard meters provide quick and accurate performance indications for phase load monitoring and adjustment.
- Tactical Advantage, decreases infrared and noise signature by allowing field generators to be located away from the working area.

The PDU includes one PDU, a 100' power cable, and two 50' 110 VAC field extension assemblies.
